Returns & Refunds

Our 48-hour quality guarantee on every order.

Quality guarantee

If any item arrives damaged, spoiled or not up to our usual standards, email a photo to support@mfkfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the item.

Pantry & non-perishable items

Sealed, unopened pantry items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.

How to start a return

  1. Email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will respond within one business day with next steps.
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened perishable items or on products that have been temperature-abused after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse repeated claims that do not appear to be made in good faith.

Order cancellations

You may cancel any order before it enters fulfillment by emailing or calling us. Once an order has been packed it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned according to the policy above.
