Our story
A small grocer with a big love for real food.
MFK Foods began in 2019 when Thomas Lokomski, a third-generation Pennsylvanian, decided the produce at most grocery stores didn't taste like the food he grew up with. He started driving out to family farms across western Pennsylvania, Ohio and upstate New York, hand-picking partners that grow the way his grandparents did.
Today, MFK Foods serves thousands of households across the United States — but we still do the buying ourselves, we still answer our own phone, and we still walk the fields.
